As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Techlude also earns commissions from other retailers’ and brands’ affiliate programs, and shows ads from Google AdSense. Buying through our links never costs you more.

We’d rather be upfront about how Techlude pays for itself, so here’s exactly how it works and what it means for the advice you read here.

How Techlude makes money

  • Affiliate links. Many buying guides link to retailers such as Amazon. If you buy something after clicking one of these links, the retailer may pay us a small commission. Links to Amazon (amazon.in, amazon.com or amzn.to) and links that start with techlude.com/go/ are usually affiliate links.
  • Display ads. Google AdSense shows ads on our pages. We don’t choose the individual ads, and seeing an ad isn’t a recommendation from us.
  • Affiliate banners. Some ad slots show banners for offers we link to through affiliate programs. They’re labelled “Advertisement”.

What it means for you

  • You pay the same price whether or not you use our link.
  • Commissions never decide what we recommend, or what we say about a product’s weaknesses. We choose products on merit, list real pros and cons, and suggest alternatives, including ones we don’t earn from.
  • No brand pays us for a positive review, and we don’t accept payment to change a verdict or a ranking.
  • If a brand ever gives or lends us a product to review, we’ll say so in that article.
  • If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled “Sponsored” at the top.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability on Techlude are accurate as of the date we checked them, which we note in the article, and are subject to change. The price and availability shown on the retailer’s site at the time of purchase will apply.

Why we’re telling you

Honest disclosure is part of our editorial standards, and it’s required by the programs we work with and by advertising and consumer-protection rules. For how affiliate cookies work, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
