These terms set the ground rules for using techlude.com. They’re written to be read, so please take a few minutes.

The short version

  • Our guides are general information to help you decide. Always check prices and specs with the seller before you buy.
  • Some links earn us a commission, and we show ads. Purchases are between you and the retailer.
  • You’re welcome to read, share and quote short parts of our articles with a link. Copying whole articles, scraping the site or using our content to train AI models needs our written permission.
  • Keep comments lawful and on-topic. We may moderate or remove them.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Agreeing to these terms

Techlude (techlude.com) is run by Lokesh Kapoor from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Techlude”, “we”, “us”). By using our website you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our content is information, not advice

Our buying guides, comparisons, explainers and videos are general information to help you understand and compare technology. They aren’t professional, financial, legal or safety advice, and they can’t account for your exact needs. You make your own buying decisions, and you’re responsible for them. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

Prices, specs and availability

We check prices, specifications and offers when we publish or update an article, and we note when we checked. They change often, sometimes daily, and can differ by seller, region and variant. The price and terms shown by the retailer when you buy are the ones that apply. We aren’t responsible for differences between our articles and a retailer’s listing.

Some links on Techlude are affiliate links, and we show ads from Google AdSense. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. We aren’t the seller of any product we write about. Orders, payments, delivery, returns, warranties and customer service are between you and the retailer or manufacturer, under their terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

We link to manufacturers, retailers and other websites so you can check details yourself. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices. A link isn’t an endorsement of everything on the other site.

The articles, images, illustrations and videos on Techlude belong to Techlude or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright.

  • You may: read and share our pages, link to them, and quote short extracts with credit and a link back to the original article.
  • You may not, without our written permission: republish whole articles or images, copy our content into another website or app, scrape or bulk-download the site, or use our content to train or build AI models.

Product names, logos and brands mentioned on Techlude belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products. Mentioning a brand doesn’t mean it endorses Techlude, or that we’re affiliated with it.

Comments and messages you send

You’re responsible for what you post. Comments must be lawful and relevant, and must not be abusive, hateful, misleading, spam, promotional, or infringe anyone’s rights. We moderate comments and may refuse or remove any comment, or remove links from it.

By posting a comment, you give Techlude a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and display it on our site. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Using the site responsibly

Please don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, introduce malware, get around our security, impersonate anyone, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access to anyone who does.

No warranties

We work hard to keep Techlude accurate and available, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee that the content is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Techlude isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss that comes from relying on our content, from a purchase you make from a third party, or from using another website we link to. Where we can be held liable, our total liability is limited to ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or post content that infringes someone’s rights, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs that result for Techlude.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
